These types include:
For clients who are recovering from a stroke, exercising aerobically might look different since it depends on the physical after effects of the stroke. I may emphasize how to improve balance and coordination, as stroke patients often have to focus on relearning how to move. Once you begin to build muscle mass and control, we can expand into more aspects of physical fitness.
- Aerobic Exercise. This is the most direct form of cardiovascular exercise. It requires your heart to move oxygen throughout your body. You keep your heart pumping longer and more efficiently when you train your heart muscles with exercise.
